Return & Refund Policy

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing service@kestrelan.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. For this voluntary return offer, items should be unused, clean, complete with accessories, and in their original packaging where reasonably available. Please contact us first for the correct return address and instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original delivery charges are not refundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns unless required by law. If we supplied an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we cover reasonable return shipping or provide another suitable solution at no extra cost. Do not send returns to the registered company address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Contact us as soon as you notice an issue. Describe the problem and provide photos where practical; lack of photographs does not remove any legal remedy. We will assess whether a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy is appropriate. The 30-day voluntary window does not limit legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved voluntary refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If a refund is overdue, contact us. Any shorter statutory refund deadline takes priority.

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. We can cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched; after dispatch, the return process may apply. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact support to discuss the most suitable option.

This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable, EU/EEA customers may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving goods and return them within 14 days of that notice, subject to legal exceptions. For a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund the purchase and basic outbound delivery cost within the required legal period; we may withhold the refund until goods or proof of return are received. Return shipping is paid by you for change-of-mind withdrawal. Inspection reasonably needed to assess goods does not automatically invalidate withdrawal; legally permitted deductions for diminished value may apply. Other mandatory rights and deadlines in your country remain available.
