These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through kestrelan.com from Beijing Yichen Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Kestrelan™. Review these terms and our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy before ordering. Mandatory consumer protections apply regardless of any term below.

You must have legal capacity to place an order or permission from a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping details. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a material listing error occurs, we will contact you and refund payments for cancelled items. We will not substitute a product or increase a confirmed price without your agreement.

Specifications, dimensions, materials, compatibility, and included components are described on each product page. Screen colours can differ from physical products. Prices, checkout currency, delivery charges, and any collected taxes are shown before payment. Promotions have their stated conditions and cannot be assumed to apply after expiry. Price changes do not retroactively alter accepted orders.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-day voluntary return request period and explains costs and refunds. Mandatory rights relating to withdrawal, faulty goods, misdescription, and other consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Follow the supplied instructions and use products only for their intended purpose. Choose suitable locations and species-appropriate food, clean equipment regularly, and follow local wildlife rules. Wildlife visits and behaviour cannot be guaranteed. Misuse may affect a voluntary remedy but does not automatically remove statutory rights.

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, personal injury, or mandatory consumer remedies. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts, regulators, or mandatory local consumer protections.

The terms in effect when your order is placed apply to that order. Future changes will be posted here and do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing purchase.
